If you have trouble getting into the chatroom, it could be caused by a problem with either not having Java on your computer or having an out of date version. To try to solve the problem, go to
http://www.java.com/ (copy and paste into your browser)
About a third of the way down the screen that comes up, you will see the button “Free Java Download”. To the right of that button, there’s three other links (in blue). One of those links is “Do I Have Java”. Left click on this link, and your computer will be checked by the site to see if you have the recommended version for your system. If you don’t have the recommended version, you will need to download the version recommended. Download and follow instructions-it should automatically install. You may or may not have to reboot your computer after installation.
After installing the recommended version of Java, try getting into the chat again.
