Using Firefox Browser

If you are using Firefox with the add-on “No Script”, you will need to at least temporarily allow the site (www.clear-data.com) by clicking on what appears to be an “S” with a red circle around it.  This will be located in the bottom bar across the site window.  (And, if you’re using Firefox without “No Script”, I can only wonder why not?”)
